Mdin 24* Series S-Metric Banjo

Description & Features

Configured as a 90° elbow, this steel banjo fitting connects M20 x 1.5 male threads on both sides, bridging a DIN tube end (Side 1, S12 sizing) with a metric port (Side 2, 20mm). The Mdin 24° Series S-Metric Banjo from Adaptall is designed for hydraulic systems where a right-angle transition between DIN and metric connections is required in a compact form factor.

With an overall length of 31mm and a 35mm cross dimension, the fitting suits space-constrained installations. The 22mm and 20mm secondary dimensions reflect the banjo bore and port geometry respectively. Steel construction provides the durability expected in hydraulic circuit applications subject to pressure and vibration.

fitting's only 31mm long, will that actually clear up enough room in a tight install where i'm trying to make a 90 degree turn between a DIN tube end and a metric port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 20, 2025, 7:52 PM
At 31mm overall length with a 35mm cross dimension, it's about as compact as you'll find for a right-angle banjo transition. The 90-degree elbow geometry does the directional work without adding a lot of linear run, so in tight quarters that combination tends to work in your favor. Just account for the 35mm cross dimension when checking clearance on the perpendicular axis, since that's where most people get caught off guard during a tight fit-up.
