trying to hook a line up tight in a corner. is this the 90 degree elbow that steps down from 3/8 to 1/4?

For tight right angle routing, it gives you a 90 degree turn and reduces the connection from a 3/8 inch male pipe thread on one end to a 1/4 inch male pipe thread on the other.
