Danfoss / Eaton 3270 Eclipse Air Brake Tubing

This Danfoss / Eaton 3270 Eclipse Air Brake Tubing is designed for truck air brake systems, trailer air brake systems, and auxiliary air systems. Also suitable for formed tubes and straight air brake harness assemblies.

The black tubing features a multi-braid construction with a polyester cover material and a polyamide tube material. It is constructed with high-quality proprietary blended nylon materials. Compliant with DOT FMVSS 106 and certified to SAE J844, SAE J2494-2, and SAE J1131 standards, this non-conductive tubing offers premium abrasion resistance and operates effectively from a minimum working temperature of -40. It has a minimum bend radius of 1.5 and an impulse cycle life of 125,000 cycles. A key feature is its light weight, which improves hose flexibility. Designed for maximum durability under harsh operating conditions, the qualified hose fittings include QCAB and push-to-connect types.
