Construction combines a polyamide tube with a UV-stabilized reinforcement layer and a polyester cover rated for premium abrasion resistance. A minimum bend radius of 2 inches and a rated impulse cycle life of 125,000 cycles reflect its suitability for dynamic routing environments. The tubing performs across a wide temperature range, with a minimum working temperature of -40°F/-40°C, and is non-conductive throughout. Compliance with DOT FMVSS 106 and certifications to SAE J2494-2, SAE J1131, and SAE J844 confirm that this tubing meets established requirements for commercial vehicle air brake service.
