DANFOSS / EATON AIRBRAKE TUBING 1/2 OD YE

Description & Features

Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems, this yellow-coded, 1/2-inch OD tubing is constructed with a polyamide tube and a polyester cover to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of heavy-duty transport applications. The UV-stabilized reinforcement layer supports use in formed tubes and straight or formed air brake harness assemblies, including auxiliary air systems.

The Danfoss / Eaton Airbrake Tubing 1/2 OD Ye meets SAE J844, SAE J1131, and SAE J2494-2 standards, and complies with DOT FMVSS 106. Rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F and a minimum bend radius of 2 inches, it is built for demanding underhood and undercarriage routing. Non-conductive construction and a 125,000-cycle impulse life make it a practical choice for brake harness assemblies where durability and compliance are both required. The yellow color coding aids quick identification during installation and service.
