Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems, this green, 1/2-inch OD tubing is built to perform reliably across a wide range of auxiliary air and harness assembly applications. The Danfoss / Eaton 3270 Eclipse Air Brake Tubing features a polyamide tube core with synthetic fiber multi-braid reinforcement and a polyester cover rated for premium abrasion resistance.

Rated for use down to -40°F with a minimum bend radius of 2 inches, it handles demanding under-vehicle environments while remaining lightweight enough to support flexible routing in formed tube assemblies. Compatible with QCAB and push-to-connect fittings, it meets SAE J2494-2, SAE J1131, and SAE J844 standards, with DOT FMVSS 106 compliance. Impulse cycle life is rated at 125,000 cycles.
