Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems, the Danfoss / Eaton AIRBrake Tubing is a Synflex Series multi-braid hose built to perform reliably under demanding commercial vehicle conditions. The tube is constructed from high-quality proprietary blended nylon, reinforced with synthetic fiber, and covered with a polyester braid that provides premium abrasion resistance, making it well suited for formed tube assemblies and straight or formed air brake harness applications.

Rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F and tested to 125,000 impulse cycles, this -10 dash size tubing is engineered for long service life. The green polyester cover is non-conductive, with a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches and an outside width of 0.63 inches. Compatible with QCAB and push-to-connect fittings, it meets SAE J844, SAE J1131, and SAE J2494-2 standards, and complies with DOT FMVSS 106. Auxiliary air system use is also a supported application.
