The nylon tube and multi-braid synthetic fiber reinforcement deliver reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range starting at -40°F, with a rated impulse cycle life of 125,000 cycles.

The polyester cover provides premium abrasion resistance suited to harsh under-vehicle environments, while the lightweight construction contributes to handling flexibility during installation. With a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches and a product width of 0.63 inches, this hose accommodates tight routing paths common in brake harness assemblies. It meets SAE J844, SAE J1131, and SAE J2494-2 standards and is compliant with DOT FMVSS 106. The hose is non-conductive and marked via inkjet lay line for easy identification.

What's the smallest space this hose can bend in without causing problems?

The minimum bend radius for this hose is 2.5 inches, so make sure you give it at least that much room when routing it.
