Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems as well as auxiliary air applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Orange Airbrake Tubing is a Dash -12 multi-braid hose built from high-quality proprietary blended nylon tube material with a polyester cover and synthetic fiber reinforcement. The orange color aids quick identification in harness assemblies, and the ink jet lay line supports traceability in the field.

Rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F and a minimum bend radius of 3 inches, this tubing handles demanding thermal and routing conditions common in heavy-duty vehicle brake harness assemblies, both formed and straight configurations. An impulse cycle life of 125,000 cycles reflects the durability expected under continuous brake system use. The non-conductive construction and premium abrasion resistance add reliability in routed installations. Compliance with SAE J844, SAE J2494-2, SAE J1131, and DOT FMVSS 106 confirms suitability for regulated commercial vehicle brake applications. What kind of temperatures can this tubing handle?
