What kind of seal material does this motor use, and will it hold up runnin hydraulic oil through it regular?

Buna-N seals are standard on this motor, and they handle hydraulic oil well. That material has solid resistance to both oil and abrasion, so regular contact with hydraulic fluid is exactly what it's built for. You shouldn't have problems with seal degradation under normal operating conditions with oil-based hydraulic fluid.
