Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Clint C on Aug 4, 2025, 3:10 PM
what's the thread size on both ends of this nipple, and are they the same?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 6, 2025, 12:40 PM
Both ends are 1/8 inch NPTF male threads, so yes, you're getting a matching male-to-male configuration on each side. The overall length runs 1-1/2 inches, which gives you a bit of reach when you need to bridge two female ports that sit a little further apart than a standard short nipple would cover.
Question by: Sheila R on Feb 20, 2026, 7:52 AM
What's the lowest temperature this fitting can handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 21, 2026, 8:47 PM
This Eaton Aeroquip fitting is rated down to -65 degrees Fahrenheit, so it should work in pretty cold conditions.
