what's the thread type on both ends of this adapter? trying to figure out if it'll work with my existing fittings before I order

Both ends are NPTF male, 3/8 inch on each side. NPTF threads are tapered and designed to form a pressure-tight seal without relying solely on a sealant, so if your existing fittings are also NPTF female at 3/8 inch, you're in good shape.
