Danfoss / Eaton-M33 Hi-Speed Fixed Motor

Description & Features

Built for demanding mobile and industrial applications, the Danfoss / Eaton-M33 Hi-Speed Fixed Motor is a cast iron, fixed axial-piston motor suited to high-load environments including transit mixers, motor graders, cranes, dozers, lift trucks, and marine equipment.

The motor delivers a torque rating of 397 Nm and supports flow rates up to 67.3 gallons per minute, making it well-matched to continuous-duty cycles across construction, agricultural, and oil and gas equipment. Its compact design supports integration into space-constrained machine layouts, and Pro-FX ready compatibility enables dynamic machine control in supported platforms.

Cast iron construction provides durability under the mechanical stresses typical of heavy equipment drivetrains and winch systems. The Char-Lynn brand association reflects the motor's lineage within the broader Eaton hydraulic motor product line.

Question by: Rex E on Aug 28, 2025, 7:20 AM
Got a transit mixer that's been chewing through motors and I need something built to take a beating day in and day out. This the right kind of motor for that kind of work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 30, 2025, 6:28 AM
Cast iron construction and a 397 Nm torque rating put this motor in solid footing for exactly that kind of continuous, high-load use. Transit mixers are one of the listed application types, so it's not just a stretch fit. The fixed axial-piston design holds up well under the mechanical stress that comes with drivetrain-heavy equipment running long duty cycles.
Question by: Melvin E on Mar 19, 2026, 10:08 AM
For somethin' like a transit mixer, would this motor hold up to all the startin' and stoppin'?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 20, 2026, 10:57 AM
Built for demanding mobile and industrial applications like transit mixers, this motor is well-suited to continuous-duty cycles. The cast iron construction provides durability under the mechanical stresses typical of heavy equipment drivetrains.
