The Synflex by Danfoss / Eaton 3440 Series Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hoses are engineered for demanding hydraulic applications. Featuring a highly abrasion-resistant cover this hose prevents the absorption of most oils and fluids making it highly durable in varied industrial environments.

Constructed with a multi-braid reinforcement and premium polyurethane cover material the hose offers exceptional abrasion resistance. The conductive nature of the hose ensures safety in electrostatic discharge applications.

With a minimum bend radius of 3 inches and a minimum working temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit it is suitable for versatile and challenging conditions. The polyolefin tube material and perforated cover style contribute to its flexibility and resistance to wear.

Being 2X lighter than equivalent wire braided rubber hoses it simplifies installation and handling in various settings. The hose is not adjustable machine mountable or designed with additional components like check valves or remote controls.

got a tight spot to route a line, how sharp can this 3440 series hose bend without kinking up

For routing, the minimum bend radius called out for this hose is 3 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius helps keep the hose from being forced into a tighter curve than it is built to handle.
