both ends are 7/16-20 threads on this thing, so one side adjusts and the other don't? just want to make sure i'm reading that right before i order
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 7, 2026, 8:24 AM
Correct. One end is a male SAE adjustable O-ring boss, which lets you clock or reposition the fitting during installation. The other end is a fixed male SAE O-ring boss with no adjustment. Both are 7/16-20 thread size and built to SAE J514 spec, but only one side gives you that rotational flexibility.

Will this fitting hold up to regular use with hydraulic fluids?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 10, 2026, 7:24 AM
Given the NBR O-ring/seal material, this fitting should offer good resistance to oils and fuels commonly used in hydraulic systems.
