DANFOSS / EATON HOSE

Description & Features

Designed for industrial installations where weight and abrasion resistance are priorities, the Danfoss / Eaton Hose belongs to the Eaton Synflex 34BA Series, a thermoplastic hydraulic hose line built around a polyester tube, fiber reinforcement, and a perforated PVC cover. At a Dash Size of -6 with a 0.69-inch width, this hose is approximately twice as light as equivalent wire braided rubber hoses, making it well suited for applications where reduced system weight is a practical advantage.

The yellow perforated PVC cover carries a premium abrasion resistance rating and is formulated to resist absorption of most oils and fluids, contributing to longer service life in demanding environments. The hose is conductive and rated for a minimum working temperature of -14°F. Lay line identification is ink jet printed. Compatible qualified fittings include the 90L, 90H, and 390C series. The Synflex sub-brand is marketed under the Aeroquip brand.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Sherry R on Oct 3, 2025, 1:49 PM
Hey, will this hose hold up if its dragging on concrete a lot?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 5, 2025, 10:27 AM
The yellow PVC cover is made for premium abrasion resistance, so it should definitely hold up well to dragging. It's also made to resist oil and fluid absorption, which should extend its life even more.
