these fit M10 x 1.0 metric fittings right? trying to source a replacement for a leaking connection and want to make sure i got the right size before i order

That's what these are sized for. The washer has a 14mm outer diameter and a 1.4mm thickness, which puts it in spec for M10 x 1.0 metric fittings. As long as that's the thread size on your fitting, you should be good to go.
