Rated to SAE 100R1 and SAE 100R7 standards, the Danfoss / Eaton Medium Pressure Wire Braid is a thermoplastic hose built for lubrication systems, mobile general hydraulics, and agriculture equipment. Its single-ply wire braid reinforcement over a polyester tube delivers reliable performance at a -4 dash size, with a minimum bend radius of 1.75 inches and an operating temperature floor of -40°F.

The perforated polyurethane cover offers premium abrasion resistance and resists absorption of most oils and fluids, well suited for field environments where hose durability is a practical requirement. At roughly half the weight of equivalent wire braided rubber hoses, this non-conductive Synflex hose reduces system load without sacrificing pressure capability. Compatible qualified fittings include the 903 and 90A series. Lay line marking is applied via ink jet for straightforward field identification.

got a tight spot to route hose, how sharp can i bend this 3580 series without kinking it?

For routing, the minimum bend radius called out is 1.75 inches. Keeping your bend at or above that radius helps it hold its shape and avoid damage in a tight run.
