The Adaptall Ch Width on this union is 17mm, so you'll need a wrench that fits that size.

trying to replace a bent elbow union, are both ends on this one M18 x 1.5 male for DIN tube

Both sides are DIN tube connections with male threads, and each side is called out as M18 x 1.5 in size S10.

Both sides are M18 x 1.5 DIN tube, male on male, that right? Just want to make sure I ain't got a mixed fitting situation before I go orderin the wrong thing.

Both sides are identical on this one. Male DIN tube connections, M18 x 1.5 thread, S10 size on each end. So yeah, you're looking at a symmetric male-to-male union in a 90-degree elbow configuration. No mixing, no adapting between different thread types.
