Designed for automatic bucket leveling in mobile equipment, the Danfoss / Eaton V-AA-1-A-60-A-0-00-AF-00-A is a Vickers VAA Series self-leveling valve built for demanding mobile hydraulic applications. Constructed from cast iron, it supports rated pressures up to 3,500 psi (240 bar) and flow rates up to 20 gal/min (75.5 L/min), making it well suited for equipment that requires consistent bucket position during travel or load handling.
Applications span a broad range of mobile and industrial equipment, including excavators, forklifts, forestry machinery, refuse trucks, agricultural equipment, truck-mounted cranes, and marine installations. The self-leveling function operates automatically, reducing operator input and maintaining load stability without manual adjustment.

Got an older forklift that keeps drifting off level when we're moving loads around the yard, is this the kind of valve that handles that automatically, or does the operator still gotta make corrections on the fly?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 11, 2025, 6:08 AM
Automatic correction is exactly what this valve does. The VAA Series self-leveling function keeps the bucket in position during travel and load handling without the operator having to adjust anything manually. It's built for that kind of continuous correction in mobile equipment, so on a forklift moving loads across uneven ground, it should take that burden off the operator entirely.

What kind of machines does this valve work with? I've got a forklift and sometimes use a truck-mounted crane.
Answer by: Customer Support on May 2, 2025, 1:05 PM
Application-wise, this valve is suitable for a variety of mobile and industrial equipment. That includes forklifts and truck-mounted cranes, as well as excavators, forestry machinery, refuse trucks, agricultural equipment, and even marine installations.
