Question by: Wade H on Apr 22, 2025, 4:24 PM
What kind of equipment is this valve actually built for? Got a forklift and a couple excavators on the yard and trying to figure out if one part could work across both.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 24, 2025, 6:39 AM
Both of those machines fall right in the intended application range for this valve. The VAB Series covers excavators of multiple sizes and forklifts, along with agricultural equipment, forestry machines, refuse trucks, truck mounted cranes, and marine applications. It's a mono-block cast iron assembly rated to 3,500 psi and up to 20 gallons per minute, so it's built for the kind of load cycles those machines put on a hydraulic circuit. One part, multiple platforms, as long as the pressure and flow specs line up with your system.
