Is this motor gonna bolt right up to where an Eaton M39 used to be?

This Danfoss / Eaton-M39 fixed motor should indeed fit right in place of a previous Eaton M39, as it is a direct series replacement. Just be sure to check all your connection specs to be double sure.

Got a transit mixer that's been eating up motors left and right. this one rated for that kind of continuous heavy load, or is it more of a light-duty deal?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 28, 2026, 4:50 PM
Transit mixer duty is actually one of the listed applications for this motor, so it's built with that kind of workload in mind. The torque rating comes in at 397 Nm and it handles flow up to 67.3 gallons per minute, which puts it squarely in heavy-duty territory. Cast iron construction keeps it tough through the grind of repeated cycles, so it's not going to fold under the pressure a mixer puts on a drive system.
