Coupling 3000 Series Male Steel

Designed for industrial pneumatic and fluid transfer service, the Coupling 3000 Series Male Steel is a Hansen-series quick disconnect plug built from carbon steel with a Buna-N seal. The ball lock internal connection and pin lock safety mechanism provide a secure, tool-free connect and disconnect cycle suited to maintenance, repair, and general pneumatic applications, including industrial breathing air service.

This male half features a push-to-connect end with a two-way valve and is rated for flow up to 180 gallons per minute, with performance that exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures. A minimum working temperature of -40°F makes it suitable for cold-environment use. The coupling conforms to US Industrial Interchange, ISO 6150 Series B, and A-A-59439 standards, ensuring broad compatibility across industrial systems and equipment.
