SALAMI S.p.A offers the 3PE Series Aluminum Gear Pump engineered for high volumetric efficiency through an innovative design and precise control of machining tolerances. Featuring a 2.86 cu in/rev displacement and a reliable 2-bolt SAE B mounting flange this pump promises robust performance.

Equipped with a 13T splined shaft 1.61 inches long it ensures seamless integration with industry-standard connections. This gear pump includes a SAE-20 side inlet and SAE-16 side outlet accommodating fluid flow with ease. Clockwise rotation is standard but flexibility is provided by the ability to reverse the drive shaft and driven shaft positions.

Designed with a pressure rating of up to 3625 PSI and a peak pressure tolerance of 4300 PSI it is suitable for demanding applications. DU bearings and floating bushings offer axial compensation maintaining high efficiency across the working pressure range. The pump supports a continuous speed rating of up to 2475 RPM ensuring consistent operation under varied conditions.

For reliable performance the recommended fluid viscosity ranges from 85 SUS to 297 SUS adhering to ISO 4406 filtration standards. Suitable for various industrial applications it withstands temperatures from -4deg;F to 230deg;F depending on the seal type.

rotation on this one is clockwise out of the box, but can it be flipped to run CCW if I need it to?

Clockwise is the standard setup, but switching to counterclockwise is doable. You reverse the positions of the drive shaft and driven shaft and rotate the front flange. No special parts needed, just a reassembly. Worth double-checking your port orientation after you make the change since the inlet and outlet positions will shift relative to your hydraulic connections.
