Designed for general hydraulics, material handling, chemical transfer, and construction applications, this -4 dash size thermoplastic hose features a dual-ply synthetic fiber braid reinforcement and a perforated polyester cover. The cover resists absorption of most oils and fluids and provides standard abrasion protection, while the polyester tube and conductive construction support compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media.

The Danfoss / Eaton Hose Thermo Synflex 100R18 250 BX is part of the Synflex Optimum 3TR18CT series and runs approximately twice as light as equivalent wire-braided rubber hoses of the same size, a practical advantage in weight-sensitive assemblies. With a minimum bend radius of 1.25 inches and a rated working temperature down to -65°F, it suits demanding installations where flexibility at low temperatures is a factor. The lay line is ink-transfer printed, and the hose ships in black with a 0.48-inch product width.

Will this Synflex hose hold up okay for general hydraulic use on my tractor?
