Danfoss / Eaton SYNFLEX 100R18 250/BX TWIN 2PCS

Description & Features

This highly durable hydraulic hose is designed for demanding industrial applications including general hydraulic material handling chemical transfer and construction. Featuring a 2-ply braid construction it offers superior strength and reliability in various environments.

The black hose has a perforated polyester cover that is highly resistant to abrasions preventing the absorption of most oils and fluids. The synthetic fiber reinforcement ensures optimal performance under high pressure scenarios.

The lightweight nature being twice as light as equivalent wire braided rubber hoses aids in ease of handling and installation. With a minimum bend radius of 2.75 it is flexible enough for complex routing without compromising durability.

Minimum operating temperature is -65F making it suitable for extreme conditions. The hose's conductive properties add an extra layer of safety during operations. The ink transfer lay line style enhances identification and traceability.

got a tight spot to run hose, how tight can i bend this -8 Synflex before it starts kinkin
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 7:21 AM
For routing in cramped areas, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 2.75, so you want to keep your bends at or above that radius to avoid stressing the hose.

hose says it's twice as light as wire braided rubber, does that actually make a difference when you're routing through tight spots on equipment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 17, 2026, 6:00 AM
Weight adds up fast when you're working with longer runs or awkward routing paths. Being half the weight of comparable wire braided rubber hose means less strain on fittings and mounting points, and it's a lot easier to maneuver into place during installation. The 2.75 inch minimum bend radius helps too, so you've got real flexibility for tight or complex routing without having to force it into position and risk kinking.
