these come on a 250 ft box but the listing shows 2 pcs, does that mean you're gettin two separate 250 ft boxes, or is it 250 ft split between two reels?

You're getting two boxes, each containing 250 feet of hose, for a total of 500 feet. The "2 PCS" refers to the box count, not a split of a single 250-foot run. Each box is sold and packaged individually within the bundle, so you'll have two full-length spools to work with.
