Designed for versatile applications, the Synflex 100R7 500 Ft/Reel from Danfoss/Eaton is a robust thermoplastic hydraulic hose ideal for general hydraulics, material handling, chemical transfer, and marine steering. Featuring a polyurethane cover with a perforated design, this hose is lightweight yet durable, offering twice the abrasion resistance of equivalent wire braided rubber hoses. The synthetic fiber reinforcement and nylon tube construction ensure reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -40°F and above.
With a dash size of -8, the hose maintains a minimum bend radius of 2.75 inches, enabling flexible installation in tight spaces while preventing absorption of most oils and fluids. Its conductive properties offer added safety in demanding environments. The Eaton Synflex brand is synonymous with quality and durability, making it a trusted choice for industrial applications.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Cindy W on Jul 19, 2025, 6:48 AM
Wondering if this Synflex hose can handle being routed near some hot equipment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 21, 2025, 7:36 AM
The polyurethane cover gives it good abrasion resistance, but it's best to check the temperature specs to make sure it's within the operating range, especially if the equipment gets really hot. It's rated down to -40°F, so "above" that could mean it's got an upper limit to consider.
