Description & Features

Designed for general hydraulics, material handling, chemical transfer, and marine steering applications, the Synflex Optimum 100R7 is a -10 dash size thermoplastic hose built around a nylon tube and single-ply synthetic fiber braid reinforcement. A polyurethane perforated cover provides standard abrasion resistance while resisting absorption of most oils and fluids, helping maintain hose integrity in demanding service environments.

At 0.93 inches in product width and rated for use down to -40°F, this hose handles low-temperature conditions where flexibility is critical. The conductive construction meets grounding requirements for applicable transfer applications. Compared to equivalent wire-braided rubber hoses, the thermoplastic construction is approximately twice as light, which can simplify routing and reduce system weight. A minimum bend radius of 4 inches and ink transfer lay line style round out the specification profile for this Aeroquip Synflex series hose.

Wondering if this hose can handle bein' bent around pretty good? Got some tight spaces to work with.
