The Danfoss / Eaton Synflex 100R7 200 ft/box 2 pcs stands as a reliable solution for general hydraulics material handling chemical transfer and marine steering. Engineered with a highly abrasion resistant cover this hose effectively prevents the absorption of most oils and fluids.

Constructed with a 1 ply braid and reinforced with synthetic fiber it offers a robust design while being 2X lighter than equivalent wire braided rubber hoses.

The cover material is polyurethane featuring a perforated style with ink jet lay line and the tube is made from durable nylon. This black colored hose provides standard abrasion resistance.

The product boasts a minimum bend radius of 5 and can operate in temperatures as low as -40 degrees. Designed with a -12 dash size it includes conductive properties and maintains a minimum product width of 1.04.

How light is this hose compared to regular rubber hydraulic hose? Trying to figure out if it's worth swapping out what we got now.

Pound for pound, the Synflex 100R7 comes in at roughly half the weight of a comparable wire braided rubber hose. Over a 200-foot run that adds up fast, especially when you're routing it through tight spaces or hanging it overhead. The synthetic fiber reinforcement and nylon tube keep the structure solid without all that extra bulk.

got a tight spot to snake hose through, how sharp can this Synflex 100R7 bend without kinking up

For routing, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 5 inches. Keeping your bends at or above that radius helps it flex the way it is intended to without stressing the tube.
