DANFOSS / EATON SYNFLEX THERMOPLASTIC HOSE 100R7

Description & Features

The Danfoss/Eaton Synflex Thermoplastic Hose 100R7 is engineered for general hydraulics material handling chemical transfer and marine steering applications. Its construction features a 1 ply braid with synthetic fiber reinforcement and a polyurethane cover ensuring durability and longevity. The non-conductive nylon tube material prevents absorption of most oils and fluids offering reliability in various fluid transfer scenarios.

Minimum bend radius of 1.5 inches and standard abrasion resistance make it highly versatile and functional under demanding conditions.

This hose is designed to be 2X lighter than equivalent wire braided rubber hoses minimizing equipment load without compromising performance.

The orange color enhances visibility for safety and identification. Designed without adjustable ends it maintains a straightforward robust construction ideal for complex hydraulic systems.

Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Peggy W on Jun 21, 2025, 12:44 PM
hose says it's for chemical transfer, does the nylon tube actually hold up when it's running hydraulic oil through it regular like?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 23, 2025, 9:21 AM
Nylon tube material is specifically resistant to oil absorption, so running hydraulic fluid through it on a regular basis is well within what this hose handles. That resistance to fluid absorption is one of the reasons it works across general hydraulics and chemical transfer applications without degrading from the inside out.
Question by: Ronnie M on Feb 25, 2026, 7:16 AM
need a hose that won’t soak up oils, is that what this orange Synflex is for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 26, 2026, 3:24 PM
For fluid transfer where you want the tube to resist soaking up common oils and fluids, the non-conductive nylon tube on this 100R7 hose is built for that job, and the polyurethane cover adds everyday durability.

Reckon this hose would hold up okay for running hydraulics on my log splitter?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 13, 2025, 6:43 AM
This Eaton Synflex hose is designed for general hydraulic applications, material handling, chemical transfer, and even marine steering, so it ought to work just fine on a log splitter.
