DANFOSS / EATON SYNFLEX THERMOPLASTIC HOSE 100R7

Description & Features

The Danfoss / Eaton Synflex Thermoplastic Hose 100R7 is engineered for high performance in general hydraulics material handling chemical transfer and marine steering applications. This hose features a highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane cover that effectively prevents the absorption of most oils and fluids ensuring durability and longevity. Constructed with a 1-ply synthetic fiber braid it is twice as light as equivalent wire braided rubber hoses making it easier to handle and install. The non-conductive nylon tube material offers safety and reliability in applications where electrical conductivity is a concern. With a minimum bend radius of 2 inches and an operating temperature range of -40F to standard this thermoplastic hose provides flexibility and resilience under varied conditions. The hose comes in a standout orange color adding visibility and easy identification.

Question by: Ray R on Jan 2, 2026, 3:03 PM
Can this hose handle bein' out in the sun, or will it get all brittle on me?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 4, 2026, 6:37 AM
The polyurethane cover is abrasion-resistant, which helps it hold up well, but long-term UV exposure can still affect its lifespan. Storing it out of direct sunlight when possible will help it last longer.

Got a tight spot to snake a hose through. how sharp can this 100R7 bend without kinkin it up
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 23, 2026, 7:35 PM
For bend limits, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 2 inches. Staying at or above that radius is the safe line for routing it through tight areas.
