This Synflex Optimum by Danfoss / Eaton 3TR7N Series Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose is constructed with a polyurethane cover for high abrasion resistance and a nylon tube material. The hose is reinforced with a single ply braid and prevents the absorption of most oils and fluids. This non-conductive hose is more than twice as light as equivalent wire braided rubber hoses.

The Synflex100R7 thermo hose is ideal for general hydraulic applications, material handling, chemical transfer, and marine steering. It has a -8 dash size and operates optimally between a minimum working temperature of -40 degrees and a minimum bend radius of 2.5.

Is this hose okay to use around chemicals, or will they eat through it?
