Designed for demanding fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Synflex 100R7 200 Ft/Box Contd is a -12 dash size thermoplastic hose built around a nylon inner tube and reinforced with a single-ply synthetic fiber braid. The polyurethane cover provides reliable abrasion resistance while preventing absorption of most oils and fluids, making it well suited for general hydraulics, material handling, chemical transfer, and marine steering applications.

At roughly half the weight of equivalent wire-braided rubber hoses, this Synflex thermoplastic hose is a practical choice where weight reduction matters without sacrificing fluid compatibility. The hose is non-conductive, rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F, and maintains a 5-inch minimum bend radius. Color is orange with an ink jet lay line for straightforward identification and routing in the field.
