Designed for general hydraulics, material handling, and chemical transfer, this -12 dash size thermoplastic hose is built around a nylon tube and synthetic fiber multi-braid reinforcement. The polyurethane cover resists abrasion and prevents absorption of most oils and fluids, while a perforated cover style aids flexibility in routed installations.

The Synflex Thermo Hose 100R8 500ft Reel meets SAE 100R8 standards and is supplied on a 500-foot reel, making it practical for high-volume cutting to length. At approximately half the weight of equivalent wire-braided rubber hose, it reduces strain on fittings and support hardware. The hose is rated conductive and carries a minimum bend radius of 4.5 inches, with a working temperature range starting at -40°F.

If I'm routing this stuff around some pretty tight corners, what's the tightest bend I can get away with?
