Designed for general hydraulics and mobile equipment, the Danfoss / Eaton Synflex 100R8 200 Ft/Box 2 Pcs is a -16 dash size thermoplastic hose built around a nylon tube, synthetic fiber multi-braid reinforcement, and a polyurethane cover. The orange cover provides standard abrasion resistance and resists absorption of most oils and fluids encountered in demanding hydraulic environments.
At roughly half the weight of equivalent wire-braided rubber hoses, this hose is well suited for mobile equipment where weight reduction matters. The non-conductive construction and compatibility with chemical transfer applications extend its range of use beyond standard hydraulic circuits. A minimum bend radius of 7.75 inches and a rated working temperature down to -40° support flexible routing across a range of conditions. Inkjet lay line marking aids field identification.
