For a right angle connection between two DIN tube ends, it uses M24 x 1.5 male DIN tube threads on both sides, with each side called out as size S16.

Correct on both counts. Each side is M24 x 1.5 male DIN tube, size S16. So you'll need matching female DIN tube connections on both ends of whatever you're routing into this fitting. The 90 degree angle and 24mm channel width are fixed, so as long as your lines are set up for that thread and size, you're good to go.
