4000 Series Geroler Motor, 29.80 cu in/rev, 2 Bolt SAE A Mounting Flange, 14T 12/24 DP Spline Shaft, 7/8-14 St. Thd. O-Ring Ports, Compact Series

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile equipment applications, the Char-Lynn 4000 Series Geroler Motor delivers 29.80 cu in/rev displacement with a torque rating of 975 Nm. The 2-bolt SAE A mounting flange and 14-tooth 12/24 DP spline shaft make this a practical fit for skid steer loaders, fairway mowers, and harvesters where compact packaging and reliable output matter.

Port connections are 7/8-14 straight thread O-ring, staggered configuration. Maximum case pressure is rated at 1,500 PSI without a case drain line; continuous back pressure beyond that threshold requires an external drain. Recommended fluid viscosity runs 100–200 SUS, with a maximum operating temperature of 180°F. The Geroler disc design supports standard, wheel, and bearingless configurations, contributing to a low internal pressure drop across the motor.
