Reckon this would hold up on a rig runnin' pretty much all day, every day?

Intended for both mobile and industrial uses, this Vickers S502N valve features hardened steel construction, which should lend itself to reliable performance under continuous operation.

Got a harvester that needs a normally closed 2-way valve and we been through a couple cheaper ones already. This Vickers hold up pretty good in that kind of environment?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 9, 2025, 8:34 AM
Hardened and ground steel construction is what sets this one apart from the lower-grade options you might've tried before. The S502N is built for exactly that kind of duty, harvesting equipment and refuse haulers are both listed applications, so the design accounts for the abuse those machines dish out. Rated to 350 bar (5000 psi) and capable of flowing up to 227 L/min, it's got more headroom than most field applications ever push it to. That margin tends to translate directly into longer service life.
