Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers SX203N-A3H is a 2-way, 2-position normally open solenoid valve from the S203 Series. Built to handle pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and flow rates up to 227 L/min (60 USgpm), it delivers reliable directional control in a compact, economical package. The valve features a 3/16 port size and a rated flow of 20 litres per minute in this configuration.

How much flow can this handle without choking it down?

This Vickers valve is rated to handle up to 227 liters per minute, or 60 US gallons per minute, so it should handle a good bit of flow for its size.
