Flow rating on this one says 20 litres per minute, but the series goes up to 350 L/min, what's that about exactly?

The 20 LPM figure is the rated flow for this specific cartridge in normal operating conditions. The 350 L/min number reflects the maximum flow capacity across the broader 2CN20 series, not what this particular unit is sized for. So if your circuit needs precise restriction around that 20 LPM range, this is the right fit. If you're moving significantly more fluid than that through a single point of control, you'd be looking at a different cartridge within the series.
