Danfoss / Eaton Integrated Hydraulics 1SER140F30S4

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Danfoss / Eaton Integrated Hydraulics 1SER140F30S4 is a pilot-assisted relief valve with check, built to the 1SER140 series specification from Vickers by Danfoss Power Solutions. It delivers a rated flow of 140 litres per minute and is rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi), with system capacity reaching 550 L/min (143 USgpm) where applicable.

Compliant with ISO 8643, this motion control valve offers excellent stability when managing moving loads, a critical requirement in applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers. The pilot-assisted relief and check configuration makes it well suited to load-holding and controlled-release functions in both mobile equipment and fixed industrial hydraulic circuits.

What's the pressure rating on this relief valve? Gotta make sure it'll hold up.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 1, 2025, 2:11 PM
This Danfoss/Eaton valve is rated to 350 bar, which is about 5,000 psi. It can handle system capacity up to 550 L/min when needed.
Question by: Steve W on Jan 12, 2026, 7:01 PM
got a harvester that's been chewing through relief valves and somebody told me the 1SER140 series handles moving loads better than a standard relief, that accurate for this one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 14, 2026, 3:37 PM
Yeah, stability under moving loads is actually one of the main things this valve is built around. The pilot-assisted relief and check configuration helps manage those load-holding and controlled-release functions that plain relief valves tend to struggle with in mobile equipment. Harvesters are specifically listed as an intended application, so the design intent lines up with exactly what you're describing.
