The Danfoss / Eaton Integrated Hydraulics 1CE35F6T35S5 features excellent stability for moving loads and is ISO8643 compliant. It offers a 30 litre per minute flow rate, and is capable of handling up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and 550 L/min (143 USgpm). This pilot assisted relief with check valve includes a 3/8 port size.

Got a harvester that's been having issues keeping loads stable during operation. Would this valve help with that, and what's the pressure rating on it?

Stability under moving loads is actually one of the things this valve was built around. It's part of the 1CE30 Series from Vickers, now under Danfoss, and it handles up to 350 bar which works out to 5000 psi. The pilot assisted relief with check valve setup is what gives it that load-holding stability, so yeah, it's a solid fit for harvester applications.
