Designed for mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits that require precise control of moving loads, the VICKERS-1SE30F35S5-SP4500 is a pilot-assisted relief valve with integral check from the Vickers 1SE30 Series Motion Control Valve range. It is rated for use at pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and accommodates flow up to 550 L/min (143 USgpm), making it well suited to demanding applications including harvesters and refuse haulers.
The pilot-assisted relief and check configuration provides excellent stability when controlling suspended or moving loads. Compliance with ISO 8643 supports use in mobile equipment applications where standardized performance is required. With a nominal flow rate of 30 litres per minute, this valve fits within a broader product family covering a range of flow capacities.

Question by: Gene M on Oct 12, 2025, 7:29 AM
Got a harvester that's been giving us grief with load drift on the hydraulic circuit. Would this valve help settle that down, and what kind of pressure range are we working with here?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 14, 2025, 8:50 AM
Load drift is exactly the kind of problem this valve addresses. The pilot-assisted relief with integral check configuration is built to give you stable control over suspended and moving loads, which is what causes that drift you're seeing. Pressure-wise, it's rated up to 350 bar, which is 5,000 psi, so it has plenty of headroom for demanding harvest equipment. Flow capacity tops out at 550 litres per minute, and the nominal flow rate for this particular valve sits at 30 litres per minute. It also meets ISO 8643, which is the standard tied to mobile equipment hydraulic controls, so it's a fit for that kind of application.

reckon this valve can handle the pressure on my harvester? We push it pretty hard sometimes.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 26, 2025, 9:37 AM
This pilot-assisted relief valve is rated for pressures up to 350 bar, which is about 5,000 psi, and can handle flow up to 550 L/min. Should be able to keep up with a demanding application.
