valve's rated to 350 bar but what's the actual flow it'll handle before things start getting squirrely on a refuse hauler application?

Rated capacity on this one is 550 liters per minute, which works out to 143 US gallons per minute. The nominal flow rate for the valve itself is 30 liters per minute. For refuse hauler duty, that combination of pilot-assisted relief and built-in check valve is what keeps load movement stable under pressure swings, so you've got solid footing for that kind of application right out of the box.
