Question by: Wade C on Jun 15, 2025, 11:22 AM
Got a harvester that's been going through pressure valves pretty regular, and I'm wondering if this one can keep up with that kind of continuous demand. What's the flow and pressure rating on it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 16, 2025, 6:16 PM
For a harvester application, this valve holds up well on paper. It's rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and handles flow up to 300 liters per minute, or 80 USgpm. That's a solid ceiling for most mobile harvesting setups, and the 1AR100 series was specifically built with that kind of equipment in mind alongside refuse haulers and similar heavy-cycle machines.

Can this handle continuous use in a hydraulic system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 16, 2025, 6:44 AM
The Vickers 1AR100 series pressure control valve is designed for demanding environments and applications like harvesters and refuse haulers, so it should hold up well under continuous use within its specified pressure and flow limits.
