Running a refuse hauler and need a pressure control valve that can hold up to the daily grind. This Vickers unit rated for 350 bar, is that right?

Yeah, 350 bar is correct, which works out to 5000 psi. For a refuse hauler running hard day in and day out, that pressure rating gives you plenty of headroom.
