flow rate on this one says 150 L/min in the specs but the description mentions 300 L/min and 80 USgpm, which number is actually right for this valve?

The 300 L/min and 80 USgpm figures reflect the rated flow capacity for the 1AR100 series overall. The 150 L/min value listed in the attributes applies specifically to this configuration of the valve.
