Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers 1PS100G20SVHA-SP2560 is a spool-style cartridge pressure control valve rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of up to 300 L/min (80 USgpm). This unit is suited for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits where compact, reliable pressure regulation is required.
Each cartridge is fitted with a Gardena tamperproof cap in a secure, non-loose-fit condition. The adjusting screw is preset to the pressure setting specified on the individual purchase order prior to tamperproofing, ensuring the valve arrives ready for installation without field adjustment. The 1PS100 series balances flexibility with a minimal installation footprint, making it a practical choice where space is constrained.

Question by: Dale K on Aug 23, 2025, 1:50 PM
valve comes in already set to whatever pressure I ordered, or do I gotta mess with the adjustment screw myself before putting it in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 25, 2025, 6:30 AM
Comes preset. Before the tamperproof cap goes on, the adjusting screw is dialed in to the pressure you specified on your purchase order. By the time it ships, that setting is locked under a Gardena tamperproof cap so it holds through handling and installation. You should be able to drop it in without touching the adjustment at all.

What kind of applications is this valve typically used for? I'm seeing some listed, but wanted to double-check.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 13, 2025, 6:34 AM
It's designed for use in mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, including harvesters and refuse haulers. The compact size and reliable pressure regulation make it a good fit where space is limited.
