VICKERS PVQ20-B2R-SE1S-21-CM7-12-S2

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers PVQ20-B2R-SE1S-21-CM7-12-S2 is an open circuit axial piston pump built to deliver reliable hydraulic power across a range of heavy-duty applications. It is well suited for use in metal forming and metal cutting equipment, injection molding machines, conveyor lines, primary metals processing, mining machinery, and oil and gas equipment.

Engineered under the Vickers brand, now part of the Danfoss/Eaton portfolio, this PVQ Series pump is characterized by reduced operating noise, longer service life, and lower operating pressure requirements compared to conventional piston pump designs. These characteristics make it a practical choice where noise reduction and component longevity are operational priorities. With a lead time of 90 days, advance planning is recommended when sourcing this unit.

Question by: Rick W on Jul 21, 2025, 4:00 PM
we run injection molding equipment and been looking at switching pump brands for a while now -- does this Vickers PVQ20 actually hold up in that kind of continuous production environment, or is it more of a light duty unit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 23, 2025, 7:49 AM
Injection molding is one of the named applications for this pump, so it fits right in that kind of setting. The PVQ Series was built with longer service life and lower operating pressure requirements than a lot of conventional piston pump designs, which matters when you're running production lines that don't get much downtime. Noise reduction is also a built-in characteristic, which can make a real difference on a busy shop floor.
Question by: Tammy W on Jan 16, 2026, 3:28 PM
What kinda machines does this piston pump usually go in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 18, 2026, 6:03 AM
This Vickers PVQ series pump is often used in metal forming and cutting equipment, injection molding machines, conveyor lines, primary metals processing, mining machinery, and even oil and gas equipment.
